Position Summary:
Universal Biotechnology Private Limited, a premier importer and exporter of research-use products such as ELISA kits, biochemical assay kits, antibodies, protein and molecular biology products, and selected equipment, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Internal Sales Executive. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and supporting the business development team from within the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information to potential customers.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and social media to generate new sales leads.
- Maintain and update the customer database and sales records using CRM software.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and promotions.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-up with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Support the business development team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule: Full-time with occasional flexibility as needed.
