Forced Air Drying Oven Features:
- The casing of the box is processed and formed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying technology, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability.
- The turbine centrifugal fan blades, with a unique combination of bottom blower and bottom heater, are equipped with vertical double air ducts for vertical hot air circulation, making the temperature distribution in the studio more uniform.
- The inner chamber is formed by high-quality mirror stainless steel processing, with four corners forming a semi circular transition surface treated with anti-corrosion technology. The spacing between partitions is adjustable, and the side plate of the air duct and the bottom heating cover have a quick disassembly structure, which is easy to clean.
- PID microcomputer intelligent temperature controller with timing and overtemperature alarm, precise temperature control, and convenient reading.
- Using a low noise blower.
- The box door with a new structure has good insulation effect, and is equipped with a double layer tempered glass large angle observation window in the middle. It is equipped with a lock type elastic adjustment door lock and a high-temperature resistant silicone sealing strip to ensure good sealing and prevent heat loss.
